What I learned about the supreme court is the Supreme Court over time has created the 3 Bed Rock Principles that come across the First Amendment cases and how the First Amendment is not absolute, For example when people claim there First Amendment right is being violated or taken away, the Supreme Court is going to go through and wonder if there can be an exception. The freedom of the press is a "Fundamental person right" not an institutional one, and the "Fundamental personal right has the strongest type of because it is specifically mentioned in the bill of rights of the prerequisite of democracy and how the government gets its power only through the consent of the government
